It is a passionately held belief that coaching should be mandatory for everyone. It is the opportunity, under safe, comfortable, creative and challenging conditions to build an effective and working relationship with your future self. To build objectives into the design of your life, using the benchmark of past experiences.
This opportunity needn’t be ‘life-changing’, although it is for some; for others it is job enhancing, personal-systems checking or simply a way to take stock and think about the dent you are making in the sheet metal of mankind. Can you manage, communicate, lead, facilitate or teambuild more effectively? Can you adapt to the changes of your life better? Can you get more out of yourself and those around you?
Or is there something about your own life that needs considering, adjusting, challenging ... changing?
The coaching relationship is a completely confidential ‘you-centred’ one. Neil Taylor, as your coach, will be there working with you, using his expertise, experience and imagination to help you unravel your thoughts, trials and challenges, building in objectives for the future. We can measure and test them together over a period of one, two or many sessions.
Ultimately your coaching experience will help you build new ‘triggers’ into your life using both internal and external communication. You will teach yourself to think differently and so react in the way you design.
